Novartis is one of the world's fastest growing global pharmaceutical companies, launching 13 new medicines in the US since 2000. In 2003, Novartis Pharmaceuticals rolled out Elidel®, a new steroid-free prescription drug for the treatment of atopic dermatitis (eczema). In conjunction with the product launch, Novartis planned a comprehensive training program for its field sale force.
Working in conjunction with Novartis’ medical experts and training professionals, Cramer’s team developed the instructional design for the program. By understanding the requirements of Novartis field sales representatives as well as the objectives of the company, Cramer’s strategists were able to fully meet the needs of both groups. This information-rich program enables sales representatives to easily navigate through a wide variety of resources and quickly find the tools they need.
