Cramer Healthcare releases whitepaper sponsored by PharmaVoice

As part of an ongoing partnership with PharmaVoice magazine, Cramer's Healthcare division has released a sponsored whitepaper titled, "How Patient Journey MarketingTM delivers more value to your customers and your bottom line."

The whitepaper, co-authored by Liz Kay, vice president of account services for Cramer's healthcare division, and Jill Petrie, focuses on the topic of how healthcare marketers can shift their marketing communications from a patient-centric model to Patient Journey MarketingTM.
