  • 1982 – Cramer Productions Founded

    First clients include BayBank and IGA (Independent Grocer's Association). Duplications are delivered on Betamax.

  • 1984 – Cramer produces first TV commercial
  • 1986 – Cramer Interactive launches media revolution

    Using touch screen technology and laser discs, Cramer unveils proprietary systems for in-store and lobby directories.

  • 1987 – Cramer stages first major event program

    Computer Based Training for Weingarten Publications

  • 1988 – Cramer moves to Braintree
  • 1989 – Cramer produces first trade show program

    Digital Equipment Corporation at Network World

  • 1989 – Cramer acquires Unicorn Productions
  • 1991 – Cramer establishes partnership with Jordan’s Furniture
  • 1992 – Cramer produces first international program for LTX in Japan
  • 1992 – Cramer begins Presentation Graphics division
  • 1994 – Cramer gets our first domain name - cramerprod.com was born
  • 1994 – Cramer builds its first all-digital edit suite
  • 1995 – Cramer wins Emmy

    Banner Years: The Official Documentary of the Boston Garden

  • 1996 - Cramer moves to University Ave, Norwood
  • 1996 - Cramer launches first web site for Genzyme
  • 1998 - Cramer designs first print campaign for State Street Bank
  • 1998 - Cramer produces The History of Golf documentary

    It first airs on PBS nationally; then on CBS the following two years preceding the Masters.

  • 1999 - Cramer acquires J.R.Schuman Associates

    The company now entered the event management business

  • 1999 - Cramer becomes New England's largest production company

    With a staff of 125 and an advanced production facility, Cramer becomes the first choice for national and global clients

  • 1999 - Cramer wins MIMC/MITX award

    This is the first of seven awards for creative excellence in Interactive technology and web design

  • 2000 - Cramer sells Event Management Division

    It was sold to Conferon, one of the largest event management companies in the country

  • 2001 - Cramer Productions becomes Cramer

    New name reflects the evolution of Cramer into an integrated marketing communications company.

  • 2001 - CEO Tom Martin selected as a finalist for award

    He was selected as a finalist in the 2001 Ernst & Young New England Entrepreneur of the Year award

  • 2003 - Cramer's staff grows to 150

    In-house account managers, marketing strategists, media producers, creatives, designers, developers and support personnel enable Cramer to deliver innovative marketing solutions - fast.

  • 2004 - Cramer acquires Animation Technologies

    Which then becomes Cramer Learning Solutions

  • 2005 - Cramer celebrates its 5,000th client

    For over 20 years, Cramer has delivered innovative communications solutions and measurable business results for clients in every sector. 2005 was Cramer's best year ever, delivering over 1,300 programs from a diverse array of national and global clients.

  • 2006 - CEO Tom Martin inducted into Silver Circle

    The Board of Governors of the Boston/New England Chapter of the National Television Academy inducted Tom Martin into its Silver Circle, which recognizes individuals who have made significant contributions to television over twenty-five years or more.

  • 2006 - Cramer lauches new Healthcare Division
  • 2007 - CEO Tom Martin wins OUIMET Fund's Distinguished Service Award
  • 2007 - Cramer records most successful quarter in company history
